Howard K Stern has been denied the ability to question the jury that will be hearing the inquest into Daniel Wayne Smith's death! He will be appealing the decission in a London based court of appeals, date of the appeal has not been released yet!
Why would an "innocent man" be so worried about the jury automatically thinking he was guilty? I understand the fact that the media did make him look a little bad in the beginning but he is making himself look more guilty then the media ever did by prolonging the inquest. No matter how long it takes to get this inquest going the evidence and the testimonies will not change and that is what will make the jury decide if they believe he could be the cause of Daniel Wayne Smith's death.
The people involved and the things that are going to be said in the inquest that are very incriminating against Howard K Stern ......
D/Sgt 1498 St Louis-CRO will testify that he Took photos of bruises hip and pelvis ( How in the hell did they get there? )
. Ford Shelley will testify about Anna’s general drug use & pills in pockets flushed (Remember Howard flushing the pills?)
Quethlie Alexis Nanny – 33 yrs old - affidavit – will testify she heard Anna accuse HKS of Daniel’s death
None of that evidence will change, so him questioning the jury will not make a difference!
The only question that he could ask that jury and it actually help him would be ..... "If I pay you eneough money will you help me by saying there is no way possible I could have done this?" Even then he would have to keep reccomending that jurrers be dismissed until he has a whole bench full of people as crooked as him!
The appeal will be denied just like his other appeal and he will be sitting with another juicy fine and no way to pay it because he killed his human bank not long after he killed Daniel!
Keep your fingers crossed America, soon enough this inquest will start and Howard will finally become someones prison bitch!
